General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Customer Service
Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions of sale aim to govern the relationships between:
the company Seraf Sarl, Rue des Eaux-Vives 9, 1207 Geneva, publisher of the site seraf.ch and the internet user who has accepted the general conditions of seraf.ch, hereinafter referred to as the customer.
Products
The products sold are described on the website seraf.ch at the time of sale.
Products are available on the site based on available stock.
Price and Contribution to Delivery Costs
Prices are net, in Swiss francs, VAT included; they apply throughout the duration of the sale.
The indicated prices are subject to packaging, delivery, and administration fees of CHF 9.90.
Delivery and administration fees are waived for orders over CHF 150.-
Conclusion of Sale and Payment
The sale is concluded once the customer has validated their shopping cart and a confirmation has been sent to them by email.
The amount of purchases made on the site seraf.ch is due at the time of the order, without discount; payment is made by credit card or Paypal.
Seraf Sarl reserves the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer to other available payment methods. In such a case, Seraf Sarl is not obliged to indicate the reasons for its decision.
Seraf Sarl reserves the right to refuse or cancel, at its sole discretion and at any time, the orders submitted to it. In such a case, Seraf Sarl is not obliged to justify its decision.
Seraf Sarl reserves the right to cancel and refund an order in case of a pricing error due to a technical issue, data entry, or labeling. In all cases, the photos and labels are not contractual.
Following the confirmation of their order, the customer may request a cancellation or modification within a maximum period of 24 hours. The request must be made by email to the following address: contact@seraf.ch
Seraf Sarl reserves the right to charge a fee of CHF 10.- in the case of repeated and/or multiple cancellations as a contribution to administrative and billing costs.
Delivery
Products are sent by the services of Swiss Post or delivered by a courier to the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process. Delivery in Switzerland only.
Unless otherwise specified at the time of order validation, the delivery time may vary from 1 to 5 working days after shipment. An estimate of the delivery time is always communicated in the product sheet as well as in the order confirmation.
Seraf Sarl commits to inform the customer in case of any significant delivery delay or unavailability of a product. Seraf Sarl cannot be held liable for any compensation in this regard.
The amount of shipping fees is indicated in the "cart" section and is subject to the customer's approval before the validation of each order.
The packages delivered by Swiss Post that have not been claimed or refused are systematically returned to the sender (Seraf Sarl) with return fees. Upon receipt, the customer is notified by email within a reasonable time to arrange a new delivery attempt. Return fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before the return. In the event that the customer no longer wishes to receive the merchandise, the ordered item(s) will be refunded or deducted from the invoice, with only the shipping and return fees being charged. Without news from the customer within 3 months (from the date of shipment), Seraf Sarl may dispose of the merchandise without having to compensate the customer.
Our delivery obligation is canceled when we are not delivered correctly or on time despite the existence of a compliant and adequate cover market and when we are not responsible for the unavailability of the goods, that we have immediately informed you, and that we have not assumed any risk related to the supply. In case of unavailability of the merchandise, we will promptly refund any advance payment already made.
In the case of multiple orders, we reserve the right to group the items in a single shipment, Seraf Sarl cannot be held liable for any refund, exchange, or compensation in this regard.
Packages delivered by Swiss Post to the mailbox or annex are the responsibility of the client, Seraf Sarl cannot be held liable for any compensation in case of theft.
Warranty
All items offered on the site are subject to the legal warranty regarding the consequences of defects or hidden vices that may affect the products as provided by the Civil Code.
The client has a period of 3 days from the delivery to address any reservations or claims to Seraf for non-compliance or apparent defects of the delivered items.
After this period and in the absence of having complied with this formality, the items will be deemed compliant and free of any apparent defects, and no claims can be validly accepted by the seller.
Right of Return
Regardless of the existence of a defect, the client may return their order at their own expense within 14 calendar days from the date of shipment.
The merchandise must in all cases be returned new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition including the attached label(s) as originally provided as well as the original packaging. Shoes must also be returned to us in their undamaged original packaging. This means that the original packaging (i.e., the shoebox) must not be used as shipping packaging in the event of a return.
In the case of a return compliant with the above paragraphs, the price paid for the item(s) will be refunded in the form of a gift voucher valid across the entire site as well as in the Seraf store.
In the case of a non-compliant return, the client will be offered to return the merchandise. After a period of 3 months, without news from the client, the contents of the order will be donated to a charity and Seraf Sarl will not be liable for any refund, exchange, or compensation in this regard.
If the product has no defects, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and will not be canceled or refunded.
EXCEPTION 🚨 SERAF PRIVILEGE AND BLACK FRIDAY (BLACK WEEK)
All items purchased during our Black Friday or during our Seraf Privilège will not be eligible for a return or refund request.
A request for exchange may be offered to you in exchange for a credit note* of the value of your purchase.
All promotional items purchased during the Black Friday period will not be returned or exchanged in stores.

Confidentiality
Protection of individual data
For the use of client data, Seraf complies with current legislation, particularly the data protection law. Seraf only processes and retains the data necessary for the proper execution of the order, its billing, and its delivery. Personal data is only transmitted to third parties related to the proper execution of the order and its delivery, but under no circumstances for advertising purposes. All personal data of the client is treated confidentially.
The email address with which the client is registered is a personal email and should not be shared.
Seraf Sarl does not have access to confidential information related to the payment method. The information entered is encrypted and transmitted securely so that Seraf Sarl or third parties cannot access it.
Legal notices
Intellectual property
All elements reproduced on this site (logos, photographs, texts…) are protected by the intellectual property code and the civil code and belong to Seraf. Therefore, none of these elements may be represented, downloaded, reproduced, transmitted, translated, sold, commercially exploited or used free of charge, or reused in any way without the prior consent of Seraf.
Applicable law – potential dispute
These general conditions may be modified at any time by Seraf Sarl.
It is the clients' responsibility to regularly inform themselves of the content and any modifications to these general conditions.
This contract is subject to Swiss law. The language of this contract is French. The legal jurisdiction is located in Geneva. In the event that a dispute arises from this contractual relationship, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before initiating any legal action.
Acceptance and modification of the Terms of Use
Your access and use of the website of Seraf Sarl : seraf.ch is governed by these Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”). By accessing, browsing, and using our Sites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted the Terms of Use, which we may modify from time to time.
If we decide to modify our Terms of Use, we will upload the new version to our Sites. We therefore invite you to periodically review these Terms of Use to be aware of any changes.
Limitation of Liability
You access, use, and navigate our Sites at your own risk.
You acknowledge and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seraf Sarl, its affiliates, or the companies that participated in the creation, production, or delivery of the sites, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental damages, or for the repair of moral damages, costs, losses, decrease in revenue or profits, or liabilities of any kind (even if the occurrence of such damage was known or could have been foreseen by Seraf Sarl), that may arise from the use or inability to use the sites or their contents.
All materials downloaded or obtained in any other way while using our sites are at your own risk. Seraf Sarl assumes no responsibility for any damage or virus that may affect your computer or hardware as a result of accessing or using the site or downloading items from the site or for unlawful interventions in computer systems.
Seraf Sarl reserves the right to interrupt or suspend all or some of the functions of its Sites. Seraf Sarl accepts no liability of any kind for any interruption or suspension of all or some of the functions of the site resulting from actions or omissions of Seraf Sarl or a third party.
