Free delivery in Switzerland for purchases over 150 CHF.

Otherwise fixed fee of 9.90 CHF.

Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days after receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags.

How to make a return?
Contact us at contact@seraf.ch with your order number. We will inform you of the procedure to follow.

Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is an error on our part (defective item or wrong reference).
